Hours
This role is full time, 5 days a week. Our store is open 10am-5pm every day except Monday.

Duties
• Provide amazing in-store and email customer service, where every customer is treated with great importance and respect.

• Talk confidently to the customers about our products, values and history.

• Show passion for the brand to every customer and convey what makes us unique.

• Plan monthly rotas for all store staff.

• Inspire employees to get the very best energy from every person.

• Act as the go-to person for any questions from the store team.

This Pop Up will be open 7 days a week, 3am-9pm! The weekly rota will vary but this is a full time role and we expect 40+ hours per week.

• Help us create the most exciting Pop Up shopping experience that we've ever delivered.

• Provide amazing customer service, where every customer is treated with great importance and respect.

• Talk confidently to the customers about our products, values and history.

• Show passion for the brand to every customer and convey what makes us unique.
