Refund Policy
Making an Australian or New Zealand Return
Please follow the returns instructions here.
We will refund any Roarsome item that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note items must be returned with labels intact and with their original packaging.
The return address will be included automatically on the label.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 days.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that thedescription and specification of our products are correct. However,specifications and descriptions of products on this Site are not intended to bebinding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a closerepresentation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colourcaused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
1) Your Rights underAustralian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
· A replacement or refund for amajor failure; and
· Compensation for any otherreasonably foreseeable loss or damage
· Have goods repaired or replacedif the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amountto a major failure
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL
2) Change of Mind Returns
We Offer returns for change of mind underthe following conditions
· Request made within 14 days
· Item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
· Proof of purchase is provided
Refunds for change of mind may:
· Be issued as store credit orrefund to original payment method
· Exclude original shipping costs
· Require the customers to payreturn shipping
We reserve the right to refuse change ofmind returns that do not meet these conditions
3) Damaged, Faulty, orincorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, orincorrect item:
· Contact us within 14 days ofreceiving your order
· Provide photos or order details
· We will assess the issue inline with Australian Consumer Law
Where a product has
· A major failure you maychoose a refund or replacement
· A minor failure we mayoffer a repair or replacement
Return shipping costs for faulty items willbe covered by us

· Gift Cards
· Downloadable digital products
· Personalized products
5) Refund Processing Time
