There’s a place called the tropical rainforest
Known as the lungs of the earth
It takes very good care of our clean air
And its where half of all things are birthed.

Filled with trees
who’s air we breathe
A green trapeze,
Bees, monkeys, fleas
Big cats and bats,
And bugs and slugs
And lots of frogs sit on their logs
With lots of hogs in lots of bogs
But without the rain
It breaks the chain
The trees get dry
And slowly die

Without the trees,
who’s air we breathe
No green trapeze
Bees, monkeys, fleas
No cats or bats
Or bugs or slugs
Or frogs on logs
Or hogs in bogs

So going back to the title
The answer is quite plain
Protect the trees, the earth can breathe
And that’s why leaves dance when it rains.
