Haunted House

The store will be transformed into an Halloween wonderland. Think creepy cobwebs, glowing pumpkins and spooky uplighting to set the
scene.

Each session kicks off with the Sharky & George team greeting the children and playing some wicked warm up games and ice breakers to get the party started.

Your hosts will make sure the energy stays high, with active games and spooky challenges, such as: Mummy wrap race, Fear Pong, Keeper of the Cauldron (of sweets) and Magical musical gravestones.

Outside the front of the store, children can test their skills as they attempt apple bobbing. It's messy, it’s fun, and it’s a festive tradition that always gets big laughs.

Each session has a maximum capacity of 15 participants

Age & Supervision Policy

• The sessions are suitable for children aged 3 and above.
  
• Children aged 5+ may be dropped off. Parents are not required to stay.
  
• Children aged 3–4 must be accompanied by one parent or guardian throughout the session.
  
• Only one parent per child may attend — this applies to all age groups.
  

Parent Attendance Policy

• Parents of 5+ children who wish to stay must purchase their own ticket, and will be included within the 15-person capacity.
  
• Parents of 3–4-year-olds may stay free of charge, and will not count towards the 15-person capacity.
  
• Regardless of age, a maximum of one parent per child may attend.
  

Tickets & Payments

• All tickets must be purchased in advance via the booking website.
  
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
  
• Please check your selected time slot carefully before confirming your booking. 
  

Arrival & Collection

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session start time.
  
• Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disruption.
  
• All children must be collected promptly at the end of their session. 
  

Health & Safety

• Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active games.
  
• Please inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs when booking.
  
• Event leaders reserve the right to remove any participant behaving in a way that is unsafe or disruptive.
  

Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken for marketing and social media use.
  
• Please let staff know on arrival if you do not consent to your child being photographed.
  

Event Changes

• The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
  
• In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or an alternative time slot.
